Mr. Chikuruwo leads the delivery of frontline library services, ensuring users receive timely, accurate, and user-centred support. He manages circulation services, user engagement,
information literacy training, and inquiry support, while coordinating customer service standards and fostering a positive library experience for students, staff, and researchers. Additionally, as the faculty liaison for the Faculty of Science Education, he facilitates communication between
the library and faculty organize research workshops and addresses faculty resource needs.
