Dr. Blessing Chiparausha is the University Librarian at Bindura University of Science Education (BUSE), where he leads the strategic development and management of library services and information resources. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Library and Information Science from the University of South Africa (UNISA), a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Library and Information Science from NUST.

With extensive experience in academic librarianship, Dr. Chiparausha is passionate about advancing information literacy, open access scholarship, and the integration of emerging technologies in library services. His research interests include knowledge management, institutional repositories, research data management, and the evolving role of academic libraries in supporting teaching, learning, and research. He has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and presented at numerous national and international conferences. Dr. Chiparausha is an active member of the Zimbabwe Library Association (ZimLA) and contributes to several professional bodies dedicated to advancing library and information science across the region.Under his leadership, the BUSE Library continues to modernise its services, expand its digital collections, and strengthen its role as a hub for academic excellence and innovation.
